Wisconsin's Taxpayer's Bill of Rights

As is my M.O. today, everyone in the Wisconsin blogosphere is beating me to everything I wanted to post about. One of those items would be the new blog by state Assemblyman Frank Lasee. I have linked to it in the blogroll, and you can also go to it here. Lasee's blog is primarily dedicated to the Tax Payer's Bill of Right's (TABOR).
