To follow up on my last post, I do think there is an outside chance of that round house from the Kerry campaign, and I don't think that punch will be based on anything of substance. For a group of people who are largely anti-religion, the press loves a Christ figure, and they love running stories about Christ figures. Kerry's campaign will be pronounced dead after this convention. Unless the administration finishes the job the next two months, there is a chance of a Kerry "resurrection". If there is one, watch the media as they dust off their "comeback kid" headlines.

Whatever plans they have will involve the media. I expect some minor event to be blown out of proportion. Or some international discord to be promoted as "Bush fails." Collusion is so ugly.
