Brutal question. He has to side step this, because addressing it is political suicide. The Republicans knew it when they wanted Clinton to admit to a mistake, and the Democrats know it now, no matter how much they deny it.

Kerry: Damn-did Kerry write this question for her? Gibson should not have made this the last question. This was done intentionally to allow Kerry to end on the attack. This allows Kerry to end with the drivel he's giving now.
Bush: Good parry with the $87 billion. Hits Kerry on Saddam being in power.
Kerry: Wow, Kerry ending on the defensive. That was rather masterful on Bush's part.
