I don't really have the time to research or opine on this right now, but a group is saying that Ninth Circuit ignored Supreme Court instructions in yesterday's decision that the words "Under God" were unconstitutional. I recommend it cautiously because I know nothing about this group except that they believe in originalist readings of the constitution. Read it
