While I'm enjoying this blog to no end, posts may get light for the next month or so. The lovely Mrs. Jib and I have just purchased our first home, and her desires for slave labor can only adequately be serviced by myself. Hence, while the Jiblog will remain my place to fire off my random opinions, it will drop on my list of priorities ever so slightly. My goal is still to be quite regular for you, my 2.5 readers.

We'll look forward to it. By the way, don't watch HGTV and any of those decorating shows and unplug the dish/box. It isn't as easy as it looks. My husband says it takes $10,000 worth of equipment just to put up moulding. Is he lying to me?
J.- I've endured HGTV marathons for over two months now. My wife is addicted. I tend to agree with your husband-they never show all the tools and equipment that they need behind the scenes to do these jobs. I'm looking at replacing my basement stairs, and I know I'm going to have to shell out some ching up front for the proper tools.
