A year and a half ago, give or take,
I declared a "Mr. Wizard Day" in celebration of the fact that Mr. Wizard was still alive. Today it saddens me to announce that October 25 will no longer be Mr. Wizard Day.
Rest in peace, Don Herbert. Thanks for all the fun science knowledge. Today's kids don't know what they missed.
