Random thought, likely controversial. And to be banned by SCOTUS
Part of the problem with the modern Supreme Court is that many justices have elevated themselves above the constitution, rather than working within the frameworkit provides. A similar case could be made that a number of our problems in modern society are the result of man putting himself above God, rather than working within God's framework. An interesting parallel, or just my tired mind? They are not intertwined, but the commonalities are curious to me. I'd like to hear thoughts mostly from readers who have dabbled a bit in studying constitutional law and/or Christian theory.
