I shouldn't be given his illness, but I'm a little stunned at the
passing of Chief Justice William Rehnquist. I'm saddened by Rehnquist's passing, and I hope that his opponents can hold off for at least a few days before they start jumping on him. Chief Justice Rehnquist, rest in eternal peace.
