The Capital Times is
mildly criticizing Governor Doyle for endorsing the Zien-Wood proposal to eliminate minimum mark ups on gasoline. I'm left wondering if they are using criticism of Doyle to turn attention away from
the bind Republicans have him in, or if they are just so blind that they can't see that the gas tax holiday proposal put Doyle in such an awkard position in regards to his budget that he had to support the repeal of the minimum markup.
