Jib Notes

I just want to get a few small matters of business out of the way this Friday evening. First, I'm rather cantankerous today, just for everyone's personal knowledge. Second, Col. Ollie and I came down off the ledge during a two martini lunch-more on that later. Third, for newbies here, I occasionally employ something called sarcasm. I know sarcasm is sometimes tough to catch in print, so here's an example. If I say for the children, I'm usually going to employ some sort of sarcasm. I dislike it when I hear someone is doing something like suing a big corporation for oodles of money, and they they are really doing it for the children. Fourth, I have a series of topics I plan to write about over the course of the next few days. I need to do a little homework first, so they'll probably trickle out over the course of the weekend. Stay tuned. Fifth, yes, I post my work unedited frequently. I've correct a problem with spell checker, and plan to curb the spelling/grammatical typos. Finally, thanks for the heads up on the Mount St. Helens photo problem in Internet Explorer. It works in Netscape so I didn't catch it immediately. I'm tired of futzing with the template for now, so I'm going to try to post the problem down to where it is no longer problematic. If that doesn't work, I'll dig around the template.
