This story is messed up and disturbing. Unlike Shawn, I fully support the use of deadly force. The guy put a knife to one of the childrens' necks tried to break another's neck. Would it have been best if the stun gun had been used? Probably, but these things happen so quickly that it is difficult to fault an officer in that position. Deadly force is justified in this scenario.
