That flag is actually on the property of DLK Enterprises, a company that provides the majority of Whitewater student housing. DLK has been a generous donor to the University in the past. The basketball arena is named after them and built largely with their donations. They clearly do not support the Chancellor's decision to bring Churchill to campus.
